CAPS differs from traditional career and technical education (CTE) by focusing on Profession-Based Learning, an advanced experiential approach. Unlike CTE's focus on specific job skills, CAPS integrates technical knowledge with real-world applications through industry-partnered projects and internships. This method enhances technical skills and develops essential abilities like collaboration and critical thinking, offering students hands-on experiences directly connected to their future careers.
